Come train with nationally certified personal trainer, Melissa Solomon with over 20 years experience in the private as well as corporate setting.  Working with a private trainer offers you the opportunity to learn how and why you should be working out, in a safe, fun, and functional way.  Four of the biggest reasons my private and small groups come to train with me is that they have to be ACCOUNTABLE for showing up for their sessions, they are pushed to workout HARDER than they would push themselves, for the SAFE AND POSITIVE environment they expect to show up to, and the AFFORDABILITY of a certified personal trainer. All small group sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Each participant will be given a health and medical form to fill out, as well as a fitness assessment before or during their first session.  Each workout will be designed with all participants levels incorporated.  All sessions will be able to be modified and progressive to adjust to each individuals fitness level. Schedule will be set between you and trainer.
