20 Minutes to Health is a unique program of low impact exercises suitable for people of all ages. It only takes 20 minutes, and most movements are easy, not tiring or jarring. It can help increase flexibility, reduce stress, regulate blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, improve circulation and digestion, and help control the effects of diabetes and other age related problems. For people who want a bit deeper workout, there are several minutes of slightly harder exercises at the end.
