Healthy for the Holidays
Join us for a 90 minute session on staying healthy over the holidays. Learn to enjoy the holidays and not stress over them! Our program will focus on creating a healthy balance over the holidays and also making sure we get in some self-care! Our session will consist of a 60 minute presentation, followed by 30 minutes of question and answer format.
Kids Fall Running Program
Join us for a 6 week running program! Kids will learn the basics of running, teamwork, and most importantly HAVE FUN! The program will consist of a short clinic each week followed by running and games. This is a great follow up to our last program or a great program for 1st timers!
Adult Couch to 5 K/10 K Program
Want to keep the momentum after our last couch to 5K program? Inspired by your friends who are now easily running 3 miles and have made life changes? Join us for a 6 week running program to either run a 5K, 10K or just to get faster! Grab your friends and come meet new ones!
Take your fitness to a new level with a 1 hour indoor boot-camp class. Class will begin with a warm up and then consist of a mix of strength & cardio. Class will conclude with a brief stretch.
