Sharon resident, Lora Ashworth is proud to offer the following fitness programs:

Adult Couch to 5 K/10 K Program
 Want to keep the momentum after our last couch to 5K program? Inspired by your friends who are now easily running 3 miles and have made life changes? Join us for a 6 week running program to either run a 5K, 10K or just to get faster! Grab your friends and come meet new ones!

Indoor Boot-Camp
Take your fitness to a new level with a 1 hour indoor boot-camp class.  Class will begin with a warm up and then consist of a mix of strength & cardio.  Class will conclude with a brief stretch.

Outdoor Boot-Camp
Take your fitness to a new level with a 1 hour outdoor boot-camp class.  Class will begin with a warm up and then consist of a mix of strength & cardio.  Class will conclude with a brief stretch.
