Summer: Our coaches put the athletes through a specific set of exercises that will help them conquer the Ninja Warrior Course in the fastest time possible. Athletes also play a bunch of Ninja Warrior style games to develop other crucial skills like endurance, coordination, and focus. As the week concludes, athletes show their progress at the Ninja Warrior Trials. On final day, kids get to tackle all of the Ninja Warrior course obstacles to see how they’ve improved.
Fall: Stay active with Viking Ninja Warrior! These high energy clinics is where Boot Camp meets Ninja Warrior where kids engage in a variety of activities that improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and agility. During each day, kids engage in a specific set of exercises that will help them tackle the Viking Ninja Warrior obstacle course at the conclusion of each class. Fitness is made fun by supporting coaches who engage the campers ensuring everyone stays on task and improves. All Viking players receive a free T-Shirt.
