This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Flow/Vinyasa yoga, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a flow class, students awaken their strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.
Class during summer will take place outdoors on the Community Center front lawn when weather permits. All participants must bring their own mat remain socially distanced at all times. Participants must bring a face covering to wear when necessary during times when the group first arrives and before/after setup of the yoga mats.
