This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Flow/Vinyasa yoga, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a flow class, students awaken their strength, energy, concentration, and flexibility while calming the mind. This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level.
SUMMER YOGA FLOW SESSIONS: Enjoy the benefits of yoga with a gorgeous view of Lake Massapoag on the Sharon Community Center front lawn! This session will be an outdoors, in-person session. Masks and social distancing will be required when participants are not socially distanced on their yoga mats. Registration options include Tuesday morning only, Wednesday evening only, Friday morning only, a choice of two of these options, or the full session. Registration for two or all three classes will include a discounted fee per class.
