Yoga mat and weights lay by a window
Aerobic, resistance, and strength training through a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest, often using different pieces of equipment (i.e. slam balls, battle ropes, hand weights). Improve endurance, flexibility, and strength in a challenging and supportive environment.

Please bring your own mats, water and hand weights (if you have them). Instructed by Michelle Fahy.
