3:45 PM - 5:00 PM    Fall Tennis - Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Youth Fall Tennis
All classes taught by: Colleen Durno. PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED THEIR OWN TENNIS RACKET. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED DURING THE PROGRAM.Tiny Tot Tennis - For students with little or no previous tennis instruction. Students will be introduced to the forehand, backhand, serve, and basic vocabulary. Class goal: maintain a four-to-six shot "short court" rally.Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Tennis - For students with some previous tennis instruction. Students will continue to improve their forehand, backhand, and serve. Class goal: maintain a six-to-ten shot full court rally and serve an average of 1 out of 3 balls into the correct service box. Additional goal for more advanced students: be able to play games/sets against other classmates with greater understanding of ball placement and court positioning. Beginner Women's Tennis - Group tennis lessons for adult women players. Players will learn fundamentals and basic strategy covering all the basics and teach proper grips and strokes including the forehand, backhand, volley, overhead, serve and return.
